Delete Account

Signed-in patients can request erasure from their account. We complete or refuse requests under the DPDP Act 2023, including where law requires us to retain records such as prescriptions for a set period.

If you cannot sign in, email support@dheergayush.net from the address on the account and ask for deletion. We will confirm when the request is received and when it is completed.

Deleting an account ends access to consultations, reminders, and order history in the app. Records we must retain stay in our systems until the retention period ends.
