We collect only what is needed to provide consultations, prescriptions, orders, and account support — such as your name, contact details, addresses, and clinical information you or your Vaidya record during care.

Health data stays on our systems in India (ap-south-1). We do not sell patient data. Access is limited to the people and services required to deliver care, fulfil orders, and meet legal duties under the DPDP Act 2023 and the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines 2020.
