Refund Policy

Consultation fees are refunded when a call is not completed for a reason the platform records as failed, timed out, cancelled before the consultation, or similarly not delivered — not because a clinical outcome differed from what you hoped.

Medicine orders follow the status of the order: cancelled or returned items are refunded according to the payment captured for that order. Refunds are processed to the original payment method after the payment provider confirms them.
